For pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship any items that are available immediately and ship the pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as we have them available. Therefore, if you ordered more than one item in a single order and receive only a part of your order, don't worry, you will receive the rest of your order shortly after.

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. All sales are final there are no refunds unless the product is defective. A picture must be sent to our support team confirming the defective item and may receive a partial refund.
