For pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship any items that are available immediately and ship the pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as we have them available. Therefore, if you ordered more than one item in a single order and receive only a part of your order, don't worry, you will receive the rest of your order shortly after.

All sales are final there are no refunds unless the product is defective. A picture must be sent to our support team confirming the defective item and may receive a partial refund.
